Return Policy

We offer the possibility of returning the product whenever it is returned in the same state that it was sold. The return will be made within 14 days (from the day after receipt). The refund is only offered if the products have not been used and are returned in their original condition, without breakage, stains or any other damage caused after shipment.

Once you decide to return the products for whatever reason, they must remain unused and handled with the utmost care while they remain in your possession. The Products must be returned intact, without damage, in their original packaging and as soon as possible. We will not accept the return of an item if there are indications that these conditions have not been respected.

Return Procedure

Returning your product is simple, and there are two ways to do it:

1. Return by postal service

Send an email in return to baimara@baimara.com indicating the product, date of purchase and contact information. You will be sent the data for the return according to your location.

The guidelines for preparing your return are as follows:

A) Repack the items for return in the original packaging. If you have several items to return, please pack them in the same package.

B) Seal the package using the adhesive strip of the original packaging. If the box or bag is damaged and cannot be reused, please pack the items in another secure packaging.

In the confirmation email you will receive more information about the nearest post office or collection point.

2. Standard return

Choose this return mode if you prefer to use your own postal or courier service.

Send an email in return to baimara@baimara.com indicating the product, date of purchase and contact information. An email will be sent with information regarding the return procedure.

Upon receipt of the product in the original conditions, the invoice will be reimbursed within 7 calendar days.

Note: The item will be under your responsibility until we have received and accepted it. For your own safety, it is recommended to send the package through a courier company that assures you the value of the goods. The cost of sending the return will be at your expense, except in cases where the merchandise is defective and we have confirmed it.

Returns of custom made products will not be accepted.

Defective or incorrect merchandise and refunds:

If the item you have received is defective or if you have received an incorrect item, contact Customer Service by writing to baimara@baimara.com

Please note that artisanal products may contain small imperfections that are characteristic of the product and are not considered defects that may be cause for return.

Be sure to indicate the order reference number, your name and address, contact phone number and product details, as well as the reason for the return and if you request a refund or replacement of the item.

When you make a return, to get a refund, you must do the following:

Once the request has been received and the return of the product has been processed, it will be submitted for examination. If you meet the terms and conditions of the product, the refund will be made within 7 calendar days.

The refund of the amount paid for the product is carried out by the same method that you used to make the purchase payment, or any other agree by parties.
